about three weeks ago, i went down to my local river in search of crayfish. i wanted a huge one, but i didnt find anything! as i was giving up hope, i poked a stick around a rock and out pops a tiny cray, like a shrimp kicking its tail. i took him home, quarantined him for a week, and now he has been in my 10g will my blugill and tetras for 2 weeks. (later on i went down the the same river, lifted a huge rock and a three inch long cray swam out, but as they are slower when they are bigger, i easily caught him. sadly he died after about a week from a fungal infection that i have found at least ten dead crays in the shallow water from. RIP) i just got home and i havent seen my cray out in a while, so i lifted up the structure which he hides under, and i see his molt and him, about 2 or 3 millimeters larger! i tried to get pics but he's still too small to take pics of unless i take him out of the water an he also blends in really well in the gravel with his new shell
