I believe the little guy in the first picture is a pulcher. All of the "wide barred" indos I have seen have a very straight body stripe that ends just behind the pelvic fins. This guys body stripe curves at the bottom and ends just in front of the anal fin, which is much more characteristic of pulchers.
As mentioned earlier, the tail stripes are not really a sure sign of species as a lot of the pulchers that are being seen these days have 3 tail stripes, especially when young.
