I make my own recipe and feed to all my fish. :D

I use
Raw Shrimp (de-shelled)
White fish (cod usually)
Beefheart. (all fat is cut off and only the most meaty parts are used)
Frozen Peas
Spinach
High Quality pellets (omega one or Spectrum)
Garlic Guard (liquid garlic supplement)
Vita-Chem (liquid Vitamin suppliment)

I blend it all together in a Food processor. Then i flatten it out in sandwich bags and stick them in the freezer.
Then just break chunks off for fish.

I've done this for a few years. ;)

..oh and for those of you who are going to want to bring it up...................(I dont want to hear about the HORRIBLE effects of beefheart. I know what I'm doing and make sure not to make it a sole part of their diet. Thats why its just PART of the recipe)

Wow thats quite a list of foods......seems to work great though...keep up the good work....

1000th Post!!!

Is he by himself or with other fish?

He's with some tetras. (until he eats them)

And for a couple of weeks there were some white/orange goldfish in there with him.
I theorized that since they were the same color and about the same size (a little smaller)
He considered them invading his territory and his forhead started to grow.

That's why I asked, since there's no hormone's in that food, I couldn't see why it would cause a hump like that to grow. Cool though. And does look awesome.
