Have you tested your water?
Yes

Do you do water changes?

Whats the deal with meds and baby electric eels? I hear salt is a nono and also that they're very sensitive without much specific info.

Whats a safe approach here? Dude is only like 3-4".

Baby e-eels are sensitive. Are you pre treating? Wouldn’t treat and just quarantine for now. Monitor for any diseases and poop or lack of appetite.

He actively has ich right now. :( is eating well and etc though. What specifically are they sensitive to?

Meds for external parasites. I’d dose some salt at 3 tsp per g and temp of 86. I’d add the salt in 1/3 portions at a time. Till all the salt is added. Provide a pump/powerhead to allow the water to churn.

Will do! Glad to hear they aren’t terribly sensitive to salt

Electric Eels poop just like lungfish...but their poop is magnetic and glows in the dark. :)

No idea about meds; never used any when I had mine. Is there an update on this one? Ich-free?
