Baby fahaka not doing well

My baby fahaka isnt doing well. He seems to be lossing weight and not eating like he use too. I have him in a 100 gal tank and do a 10% water change every other week.
Ive also noticed that he doesnt swim around much anymore just lays on the bottom. Im really worried bout his well being

Did you check water parameters? I was told that its very common for baby fahakas to have internal parasites. If water is good (test it), then id turn attention to ip.

10% every other week is not enough. Try feeding guppies/ black worms. Also try a few Metro treatments

Soak his food in Jungle Parasite Clear fizzy tabs & crushed garlic, to treat for internal parasites.
