Baby food

Ok sounds kind of funny but I have never owned a small poly
I put an order in for 5 endlis that I think will come in at around 3-5in. As with my big guys I feed them tilapia,worms,shrimp,smelt and massivor pellets
I wanted to know what you guys feed your baby polys

OK. feed ur baby polys brine shrimp, beef hearts (to speed up growth and size), commercial shrimp, DEFINATELY SINKING PELLETS (basic good food), and blood worms. Never feed ur baby bichirs feeder fish straight from the pet store!!

I find that babies go crazy for bloodworms

I feed my 5 little hybrid bichirs: tilapia,mp,sinking pellets.

I fed mine frozen bloodworms at first and then on to red wrigglers and tilapia when they got bigger. Of course I had to cut the tilapia into manageable pieces. I eventually got two of the three to eat floating pellets.

Frozen mysis shrimp is my main food for smaller polys.
