Hi Guys,

It's been a while since i have posted here, so i thought i'd share my latest pick ups. I have purchased a 50cm Green Aro just over a month ago. Also just recently picked up a 10cm Jardini. They are living in the same tank but there is a divider. Just growing out the Jar for a little fun.

Thank you.

I've seen the posts of your aro's too mate, and they look stunning. How are your RTG's doing? Post up a pic so we can follow its progress.

Asian aro's in Australia are more rare than ever! In the last year and a half there has been no sales for even a green aro. That tells me prices are going up. This green set me back 1000 AUD, and with the Aussie dollar so strong, its pretty much 1000 USD.

If you wanted to buy a RTG or better, you need to save for a mininum of 3000 AUD. That won't even gurantee you a quality fish...

I will be keeping my green for years to come, its approx 2yrs old and has already reached monster proportions.

That green has a a beautiful deep body.

These photo's were taken with my iphone4, hopefully i can get some decent piccies with my SLR so i can repost.

The green has a very good nature, and still has not killed any of my smaller fish. Fingers crossed.

The Jar is the size of my pinky, but already at this size its showing its aggressive nature. Fingers crossed it gets along with the green when it gets older.

Beautiful Green Aro! :)
