The lighter colored one is 15 days old. Darker is 5.
BOTH ate for the first time together this morning.
Both were born plump. The first took a week to eat. The second one took 5 days (1st meal today).

Different mothers, same father.

Both females.

I believe the darker one will turn out to be the nicest Marble I've bred yet. Perimeter symmetry is just amazing.

The mother of the second pup is my big girl. She had 3 her first litter and she wasn't even that big, this time she swelled up a bit more and only dropped 1, but she still appears fat. Hoping there's more in there but every passing day my hope dwindles. :(

Next batch will be the first batch of pups from parents that both appear to posses the "mini Marble" gene, and the female's first litter. That girl should be due sometime around Labor day.

Feels good to finally see some results after years of work. Now if I could just get the anti Marbles to start breeding. er, wait..... That's right, I don't have anything but Marbles. :grinno:

Congrats ! Hopefully the first of many.

Thank you!

Definetly not the first. My first CB pup is over 2 years old now. Hoping she will bless me with offspring in the next year.

I apologize everyone for the crappy pics, but after loosing my last pup the last 2 weeks has almost put me in the nut house. Today is the first breath of relief I've had since the 1st one was born. Just felt the need to share with people that understand how stressfull baby rays can be after you've lost them in the past.

I will post better pics in the coming days once the light actually starts getting used.

cool sitting on 2 pups my self from 2 different females hope all is well with the rays!

Awesome bro, no one has been through as much as you have in the past few years. Glad to see you are finally reaping the benefits of your labor!

C"mon DB I want to see them up close and personal you gotta get a couple more shots!!!
