i am new to pbass and was just wondering if there is anything else i could feed them other than feeder fish. they want nothing to do with cichlid food.

at that small, i fed my freezed dried blood worms. But, you can feed your feeders crushed cichlid pellets right before you feed them to your bass.
thanks ill try that any other tips would be great. i have kept many cichlids that have had many babies but i thought it was time to try something different.
err...you really should keep them on live food up til at least 6-8 inches IMO before starving them.

Youd want to stick with feeders till they hit the 8" mark or so.. if you cant try blood/black worms and cut up m/shrimp..
don't stress yourself and them by getting them off feeders at that small a size! not saying its bad to offer bloodworms and brine. but still continue to give feeders as a main diet! and watch them grow! and with a smile
