x2 ick. Baby pbass are very sensitive, they need High temps and great filtration. Raise your water temp up to 86 degrees and add salt.

Yeah raise up that temp. I kept all my babies at 88 degrees

Salt should be dosed at 1 tablespoon per 5 gallons of water. Raise the temp to 86 degrees 87 or 88 is fine too but it must stay at at least 86. Do a daily 25% water change and replace the amount of salt removed by the water change. do this for a week to ten days and it should be fine.

Clean water is key here so make sure you keep your nitrates in 10 ppm or lower range.

Hi everyone thank you for ur advice . Just an update . The white spots had reduced by 50% . Just went to my lfs and got some ich medicine . Before i added the medicine i followed ur advice and did a 25% water change . And i fed him some bloodworms ... Ate it like a boss . Will keep u updated
