i just got a baby pbass i acclamated him and he went right bhind the filter tube and hid from sight. I have herd that they "sulk" longer than oscars. Is this normal behavior and if it is how long should it last?

what else do you have in the tank?
you should have gotten 3 or more. Cichla will hide if there are no other fish to school with.
