Baby peacocks

There are a lot of threads for identifying 1-3" peacocks but it
seems at that size monos and ocells are virtually impossible to
tell the difference between. Is there a way of telling the difference
when they are small?

ocellaris have bars, monos just dots and the horizontal bar will go into the tail section for both. Orino, dots and horizontal bar will stop before entering the tail section.
