what do you feed a small piranha??

How small? Do you mean tiny fry or juvis around an inch or so?

If you bought them from a pet shop I doubt they are fry so I will assume they are just small juvis. In that case frozen blood worms or brine shrimp would be perfect. When they hit about an inch try live red worms (trout and panfish worms at baitshops) as well as finely chopped squid and shrimp.

have tryed frozen blood worms, brine, and freeze dried blood worms cant seem to get him to eat

babys fingers muuhaaaaaaa no u can feed them all kinda stuff. minnoes, guppys, goldfish, bloodworms, meal worm, crikets, pellots, shrimp, krill. and alot more

I have 4 red bellies about 4 inch in size,when i need to re-plant or move an orniment i take the ps out and put them in a small tank with water out of there tank then put them back asap,is this stressfull for them and would they bite me if i put my hand in to do these jobs ?
