There's a chance (unless you took precautions, I'm not sure) that your tank is cycling again. What are your water params? Has he eaten/acted normal at all since the move? Is your quarantine cycled? What was his last meal (could it have introduced some type of parasite or possibly have been bad fish, if it was frozen)? There's a lot of missing info here, and I think you'd be able to get more help if you included all of the water parameters and a little more detailed info. I hope this guy pulls through.

As justonemoretank says, we need some basic information..

Tank size, water parameters...

Can you give us an update on this guy? Do you have any more info that could help us determine what's going on here? If you don't have test kits, your LFS will usually test water for free. Please let us know!
