I currently have have a baby red terror in a planted 30 gallon tank, w 4 tiny school fish not sure what kind.

Anywho, he will get into a 75 gallon in a few months. I am trying to keep my ph at 7.0 Should the ph be higher for him or is that good. also the c02 keeps bringing my ph down, How can i keep it at 7.0 or higher.

I been using fizzy ph tabs that support to hold it at 7.0 and it only works for a few days. Is there some kind of filter media that would help with the ph?

Pics of what the red terror? or the other fish i figured it out there tiger barb I have a school of five.

I wouldn't worry about the ph being right at 7.0, ph consistency is more important. What's your unaltered ph out of your tap? Most of the time it's ok to just leave it at that unless it's extreme. My ph is 7.6 out of the tap most of the time and that's what all my fish live in.
