My poor little dude Inferno is sick. for the refresh, he's a 4" silver I've had for about a month. He was at my lfs 3 weeks b4 I got him. He was doing fine on baby Hikari and baby gutloaded crickets. I changed to black sand, he stopped eating. This is day 4. My water has been tested, restested and taken to the lfs to be tested. Perfect. He has no new tankmates and is getting along with the Insane Clown loach Posse. He started to poop LOTS today, he hasn't been seen doing this either. My temp is 82F, now I have that stable, has been for a while now. I think he maybe got stopped up in need of Fishy exlax and maybe since he pooped he'll eat. But he is SO thin now he cannot afford to fast anymore. Loaches are sensitive too, they're all fine. My sand was well washed and settled down right away. My water is crystal clear. I think that should cover it.

my aro used to stop eating for a day or two...give her some time. the crickets MIGHT have been difficult for her to digest, so you might want to ease up on it.
