Baby silvers x3

I was planning on getting my wife a silver (her favorite fish) over the next few months but as life would have it my son and i saw this silver in a 5 gal tank. Of course he pestered me to purchase it and i easily gave in.

We've had the regular silver for 2ish weeks and the albinos for a bout 1 week. I was hoping to get a couple of months out of this 120 gal while we plan out a new tank, but it remains to be seen if these guys are going to go along with this.

At 1st it was WW3. One of the albinos who's smaller constantly beat on the larger one.

After a couple of days of this the larger silver seemed to make a stand and has been in charge. So far its calmed down, hopefully this lasts. i havent seen the little "whos the boss dance" in a few days.

Sorry the waters so cloudy. I didnt clean the sand very well. The albinos pink/red eye pigment doesnt show up in the pics for some reason. I guess its the lighting

Arowana are territorial even at that size. It looks like they may get along. If they start fighting again I would seperate or rehome. Arowana can get stressed easily and fragile when young.

Thx bud. Rehoming would be the very last option. I do have other tanks to play around with. Im reluctant to move them into the 300 as there are allot of openings these guys could jump out of.

As of now things have pretty much calmed dow but i'll definitely keep a close eye

I'd love to but unfortunately FLA is just as ass backwards as the rest of the country. Plus i think i'll be maxed out with these 3 silvers and other fish we have

I need to stop reading your threads. Those albinos are getting me all excited about dragon fever. I’m a sucker for albinos.

The silver and larger albino kept jostling for power. Things were peacrful while one would be in charge for a couple of days. Then the other would start a brawl and take over... rinse repeat. I just got tired of it and put ththe silver in the 300.
