Baby sunfish growth

Couple of questions regarding baby lepomis genus sunfish-
1.How fast will the baby sunfish currently 1-1.5" in a 15 gallon grow?
2. What can I do to make them grow faster and boost their colors?

I feed mine NLS pellets and its colors are STUNNING! mine is in his own 60 gallon...
