Can you guys give me all the nessesary info to keeping this? I wanted to pick some up but wanted to learn everything before getting it. The main thing is how much light is needed for these guys? I leave my light running from 2:30 to about 10:00 is that enough for them? Any info is much appreciated.

the length of light isnt really important for plants, but more the intensity of light. i believe dwarf tears is a high lighting plant so you probably want atleast 3 watts of light per gallon. i suppose you could get away with less if you have ultra efficent fixtures, like t5 or led.
i hope your not planning a carpeting scheme, from what i heard its very difficult to plant it submerged in water. most people with it as a carpet plant it emmersed first.

baby tears aka hm small stem plant? i have grown it under shop lights. how big is your tank and what kind of lighting?
