New to the forums. There's a lot of great info here. A friend gave me two 2 inch pb. I currently have them in a 75 gallon with two Aquaclear 110's and a sponge filter. I have set the temp to 84. They seem to be doing fine. They are eating live blood worms. I'm trying to get them to eat pellets. When they see the pellets, they eat them but spit them out. Should I not feed them bloodworms for a day or two? I also feed them frozen beef hearts. Also, what do you think about adding 4-5 Tin foil barbs to get them to swim around more instead of hide behind sponge and driftwood. The barbs are about 2 inches. Thanks in advance.

Barbs would prob b ok till , p- bass get bigger.
I wouldn't starve them till you've had them a week or two longer.

Note: this really belongs in the cichla subsection in the cichlid forums.
