Back At ‘Er

I just had to share! 2020 has been a difficult year I’m sure for most of us. Shortly before Covid broke out I lost my amazing Mom. I was really so lucky to have her and have such an amazing influence in my life.....but shortly after losing her I shut down my tanks and focused on my family and tying up her affairs. I really had not much else in me. But recently I fired up one of my tanks....I can’t help but think she’d be so excited for me, she was so supportive of this hobby! I just had to share my excitement with fellow fish perverts!!!!

Thank you for your kind words My sympathies as well. She use to get a kick out of coming with me on my “fish adventures”.

My condolences to you. I wish you well. It is nice to have current activities that you feel she would have been happy to see you involved in. My own mom passed years ago. She was an aquarist, messed with above-ground cement ponds and all kinds of fish related things. Much of what I know came from helping her, which now I know, it was actually helping me more than her. Hang in there.

Thank you everyone for the support! I have to admit it’s nice to feel excitement for the hobby again after the last while. I’m looking forward to seeing my group grow out, I think they’re a lovely looking group with lots of potential
