Welcome back!View attachment 1423315View attachment 1423316 here's the new green terror. 75 gallon tank.
Cycle guppies that were hardy enough to last. So I guess now they are lolWelcome back!
Are the Guppies dither fish?
Lol you could honestly put it into a septic tank and it would still survive. Goldfish are some of the sturdiest fish out there, same with the common pleco and convict cichlids.I have a goldfsh who's survived 3 different tanks and a flowerhorn tankmate. He just won't die!!!
What's your male to female ratio so far?Yeah pleasant surprise when things don't turn into worst case scenario. Hopefully the guppies stock the tank with feeders for him.
Right now 3 and 3. The females are much bigger so they are holding up well. Like I said I wasn't sure they were gonna survive the cycle so I didn't try to set up anything ideal just quite yet. What's your male to female ratio so far?
Yeah I would definitely think about getting a few more female if ya want em to breed. The males will eventually harass the females to death otherwise, granted that's only if the GT doesn't get em first lol. Also if ya wanted to breed feeders I'd suggest moving one of the male and 2 of the females into a plastic tub with a heater and some plants. Ime they don't really need a filter as long as they get a good water change every week. Just and idea I figured I'd share with ya.Right now 3 and 3. Yeah I have a ten gallon in my son's room that I might just run a sponge filter and heater in for breeding. Id be fine with the GT alone in the 75 if he's a brute. Also if he chomps a guppy or two I won't any sleep.Yeah I would definitely think about getting a few more female if ya want em to breed.
