Two weeks ago we returned to the Mamoni with mediocre luck, not getting a 2nd target cichlid (Isthmoheros tuyrense)
I never like keepinging just one of a species, and we had caught only 1 about a month before.
Today was much better, turbidity had dropped enough to see to the bottom in many spots, and as we cast the nets, a family of howler monkeys looked on from the tree tops.

And luck shown down, another Isthmoheros was netted, and were a few more fish species..

Two Chaerostoma plecos, a few Gobiomorus sleepers, a molly, and more Andonoacara, and Darienheros cichlids.

As usual pH was around 8, nitrate was undetectable, and water temp @ 82'F.
