Today my LFS had a Delhezi... I have always wanted one, and have never had the opportunity so I purchased it.
Currently he is in a 5.5g Qtank for a 1 week minimum before I transfer him. His current size is about 2-2.5"

I've had multiple colored Senegals and ropes in the past, but none of these guys... Quick refresher. I plan to put him in my 5ft 70g for his long term home. This tank currently has the following fish in it.:

3 neon tetras
2 bosemani rainbows
2 neon blue rainbows
2 red rainbows
1 misc rainbow
1 german blue ram
1 veiled tail ram
3 spotted cory cats
1 bristlenose Pleco (about 3")

Anything I should worry about with these fish?

As it gets bigger the other fish will likely get eaten.

But all in all nice bichir, my favorite.

Just monitor his growth...and his appetite! Be careful; bichirs are VERY likeable fish. Your new del will certainly stand out from the crowd:)

Do you think the rainbows will get eaten? He shouldn't bother the cory cats right? I assume I'll be moving the neons over, but the rams and rainbows I assumed would be ok??

Otherwise, maybe a good tankmate for my flowerhorn?
