Hello, I got a 100g tank (Made a post in the Setup / Filtration forum) and asked a question I should have asked here (New to these forums, sorry !)
Basically, when i was young my uncle had a grow out tank for some of his friends with MUCH larger tanks, he temporarily housed small fish (That grew large, Arrows, Alligator gar, RTC... etc) till a certain size for some of his buddies. SO, now i've got this tank, he's out of the hobby. Many years experience with fresh and salt, but none with any real "monsters"
Im looking for False gar... Needle nose fish would be nice, but im wondering if there are any other species you would feel wouldn't outgrow a 100g tank (Thats the biggest I can get for now) If not, two needle nose fish and some others to live with wouldn't be so bad ;p
Of course i realize Needle nose fish aren't real gar, nor are any other "False" gar, but they are still very entertaining to watch.
Ty much for your time.
