Back with a longfin eel

I've been out of the hobby for about 5 years and have just started up a new tank. I had planned to keep some blue Rams and some type of geophagus with some other pretty ornamental fish but I just couldn't help myself and when I saw this guy up for sale I had to jump on it.

I'm not sure where these things originate from. Remeinds me of the ones that Jeremy wade was looking for on one his quests but smaller.

I'm in Western Australia...
Found around coastal streams of Eastern Australia, also occurs in New Guinea

I've always found those guys to be really cool but I keep inverts so I could never have one sadly
