backflow on 2217?

I was wondering if I got another double tap connection and hooked it up to intake double tap of the filter and then to another pump if it would work as a backflow?

I have no clue what you're talking about. And obviously nobody else knows because you don't have any answers despite lots of 2217 users and Eheim experts on this site.

Regardless of your detailed plans, I can tell you that you should not connect any other pump to a canister in addition to its own unit. You will only put extra stress on both pumps, unless the flow rates are identical, which is impossible to achieve. You'll burn out one if not both units in no time.
