Backflushed FX5 :(

I am probably one of the few that have done this....You ould think I would've labled them by now. What a mess it made even though I just cleaned the whole filter out..
Also I waited so long to change my wet/drys filter media that it was falling apart.
I feel better now that I have confesed my sins... Forgive me MFKers!!!!!!

Dude! This morning I serviced my 405 and when i started it back up it spewed out what I assume was a ton of organic crap in my seemingly pristine tank (2 50% water changes a week) ! I feel your pain lol apparently 3 months was too long between service for that filter.

Everytime I do the monthly 75% water change on my 300g I check both the FX5's, it's not necessary but after the first time it's backflushed it's worth it.
