Do you have to use concrete , Why cant you use foam, carved, then paint with krylon fusion spray paint and just seal w expoxy and then silicone into tank, Why wouldn t this also work? no messing w draing over and over the leaching cement chemicals

Ya you can cement is just used to weigh down the foam since it floats I plan to just wedge mine into my tank and use wood to weigh it down
