Just thought I'd share something I learnt (which I'm guessing more experienced people might have already figured out).
After moving my Armatus to his new 4ft tank (which had the backing paper, depicting underwater plants), I realised he was swimming a little "unbalanced". Initially I was worried that the move might've been too stressful, and I was about to lose him. Until I noticed that he always swam at different angles when swimming left-to-right, and right-to-left. The top was always away from the rear of the tank, and the angle was steeper the closer to the back he swam.
Decided the backing image was the cause, I removed it, and now he swims perfectly straight.
