bacterial,fungal, or some parasite?

One of my palmas pollis and one of the senegals got this white stuff on the body.I dont know if its a scratch or some infection. I did a waterchange and added salt. Plus 4 other fishes have tattered tails. I'll pick-up some melafix afterwork. this right? Damn those dwarf gobis! thanks in advance guys.

It's really hard to tell cause the pic is too blurry. If it's fungal the melafix and water changes should fix it up.
