Nice aro mate.. whats plans when the aro outgrows the tank.. and if i may suggest.. take off the powerhead.. switch to a canister(or 2) or a top filter.. somehow i feel the aro is struggling there..

from what I have read the drop eye is common with the silver arow ? I was up drinkn late the other night watchn him swim back and forth and really impressed with his color so I thought I would share. Thanks for the compliment the rocks in tank I just picked up on a trip to Montana

struggling in the sense the powerhead is prob a little overwhelming for the aro.. aros are not from turbulent waters.. they are usually from slow or gentle flowing water.. with the powerhead on the aro does not seem to go till the end of the tank.. or can not cos the power head spray pushes it back.. and the aro is not able to skim the surface.. just give it a shot and see by switchin off the powerhead for a bit and observing..

I see what your sayn. The powerhead looks stronger cause I have air pumpn into it. The arow will swim right up to the mouth of the powerhead and enjoys it. I do see what your sayn and appreciate your observation
