i had 6 drawf lily bulbs i bought from walmart, i have three in a ten gallon and three in my pond, its been 3 months and nothing has sprouted, their still hard, they are starting to form some purple hair. i have no problem sprouting seeds, do they still have a chance of sprouting? iim not sure what the temperature is but i live in southern california.
