Bad luck with Retailers? any experience?

I must be having bad luck... as two retailers I am unable to get any response from....

Has anyone ever dealt with Triton Aquatics? http://www.tritonaquatics.com/

I purchased some merchandise from them 6 weeks ago and have not received it - tried email...... been 10 days and no response.

The 2nd one is buldyouraquarium - bought it over EBAY, though I think they also run this site http://buildyouraquariums.com/..... Tried to get in touch with them through EBAY - tried to get a hold of them through their website - no answer and it has been 7 days.

The problem with buildyouraquariums is that one of the ballasts from the package has failed ( 4 x 400 watt metal halide)...

Apparently the ballasts have a 5 year guarantee... though it would be nice how to action.

Any help someone can provide would be appreciated.

I can't find anything on them at bbb.com, which isn't good. I always check businesses at bbb.com before ordering online.

Thanks for the link. Triton gets an "F"!!! Reason - Failure to respond to 2 inquiries..

sounds like them - ordered product 7 weeks ago and no delivery. Attempted to contact business 3 times and no response. No phone number to contact either.

If anyone knows of a phone number... that would be appreciated.
