Did you take it to the vet to see what was wrong with it? Did you suspect something was wrong with the Tort? Or did it just die all of a sudden?

it happened in a period of a week it started to just become more and more lethargic and it lost like 2 grams and then i checked on it last night and it was dead, it would have had an appointment on next tuesday but it didnt make it...

That is VERY strange:confused: It was a sulcata wasnt it? That is a very hardy tortoise, something bad must have happened... How do you kept her and what is her background? Please include things like substrate, temps, ligthing, etc

Substrate-sand and coco fiber
temps-70 at night 90 basking
lighting- 10.0 uvb and heat bulbs
food- grasses untreated, geranium, prickly pea, and tortoise pellets
i got her at our local herp show and she had been doing fine till last sunday

You had any nigth time heat? I would use a heat pad, but its still kind of odd. Your habitat was a open one or a closed one like a aquarium?

50 gallon rubbermaid one side had planted grass and as for night time heat we ave a built in room heater

Well that seems pretty good to me:confused: I allways prefer closed habitats because they hold heat and humidity much better but your toise should have been able to trive in thouse condicions... That´s the thing in buying baby animals, their fragile, sometimes the best intencion and care in the world isnt enough:( That´s why buying a yearling its so much better
