Bad News

My little Balloon Ram passed on late last night, I did all I could to keep him alive, but it just didn't work. Due to this bout of luck I believe I will refrain from keeping them for a long time, perhaps forever Even if they are adorable, sweet, and beautiful little fish. RIP Sir Fishregard the Second....may you rest peacefully in that aquarium above the clouds.

Sorry for your loss. The balloon strains are known to be weak, perhaps try a regular blue ram instead of the balloon variety? IMO the regular ones look a lot better than the balloon ones anyway.

Hmm, thanks for the condolences guys, I just placed an order for the longfins, but my LFS will keep them a while to make sure they aren't stressed or anything...hope this works out for the better this time, if I'd have known the balloon strain was so weak I wouldn't have bought them to be quite blunt with it. Oh well, a lesson learned. Thanks again.
