Bad Paroon Wound Getting Worse HELP!

He had one before that didnt get this big, but just fell off. Melafix/Pimafix combo for 7 days?

That's no wound,looks like some kind of infection/tumor.The meds you mention are probably the best bet untill you know exactly what the illness is and you can then use something stronger.

I'd not describe as a wound either. Looks like a watery/bloodied blister-kind of growth. Never seen it before, could be a weird external parasite (try praziquantel??) but this statement is baseless/largely knowledgeless. If you get no help here, I suggest PCF.
