Help please, just lost a ranchu goldfish, second one seems sick

red spots on face and body, lethargic but still eating, what can I do ?

Try some maracyn2 and hope for the best.
 
Finally got some maracyn, heard it kills cycle so put him on this QT, hopefully next week he is better

Yeah I am monitoring the other goldfish in there.

I have many tanks, I sometimes share water maintenance equipment I suspect this maybe the cause. Transferred a disease from a QT or something, and since the fancy goldfish are so delicate they are getting hit hard.

Learned my lesson, much cheaper to buy equipment for each tank.
