Badly Beaten

at the very least invest in one or two qt tanks. a 20g or so should be cheap and easy to find, plus quick to set up when needed. keeps from having to treat your main tank if possible too. good investment, can save live(s) in a tank emergency.

Yeah, I kind of lack discipline when it comes to QT tanks. I will have one, but end up setting it up for fry, or a new juvenille so that I can grow it out before going to a larger tank. I had a 15 but it had recently sprung a leak, and I had a 10, but now it is full of Nicaraguan fry. I am giving many of the fry away today, so perhaps I'll have that tank if injuries occur again...not that it will do much good if one of my big boys is wounded...I guess I should go buy a 25G and just leave it in the box so I don't put more cichlids in it :)
