My arowana was quite badly beaten up by its fellow arowanas it was comm with in a huge pond and it's now covered with injuries. Also, it seems to be swimming a little tilted and I fear it might flip over and ... die. Anyone can suggest what I can do before it becomes a reality?

How big is this aro? quarantine it and keep it seperated from other aros. May need some antibacterial meds like melafix/pimafix to stop any infections. Best of luck with him.
Crispy is right. Clean water is your best defense right now. Melafix and Pimafix can be added if the wounds look rather severe. If your fish does not freak out when handled, try applying iodine solution (betadine) on the deep wounds with cotton balls or Q-tips. Be very careful not to let the iodine solution leak near the gills and eyes.
