Okay, I am on the verge of becoming a MFK when I get my 400 :grinno:! After toying around with verious multi-sump/fuge ideas it hit me today: Use my 150! The deal with the Mrs. is the 400 will be the only tank in the house (for now:naughty:) so I can use my "little" tank as a fuge. My question is this: what is a good way to set up a wet/dry area and baffles for the refugium without making my 150 unuseable as a DT in the future. I am going Amazon river with the 8 footer and am still in the early planning stages so everything is conceptual at this point. Thanks!

run filter socks in a frame that rests on the tank edge.
buy a pump in a cage-

put the pump opposite the filter socks.
fill the rest with ceramic and sintered glass.
root the plants on the ceramic/glass media.
no baffles needed.

I would suggest poret as dividers, but don't know the tank dimensions so don't know if it would fit.
or how stable in a wider tank.

Thanks for the ideas. Is the Laguna superior to the magdrive I was planning to use? My 150 is 24" wide and 20" deep and I plan on having it about half full so I want living space for some critters in the 70 or so gallons that I will have available (it really is only one tank honey, this is just the filter;))
