I'm making a sump with multiple chambers for submersed media. Would a 1" reduction in height of the second baffle be enough for continuous water flow chamber to chamber? Diagram included for better reference. This is a 100g tank.

Should be alright... I think this design is best to optimize media effectiveness. With just 1 big chamber there are dead spots.
