I believe they get to be around 12-14" long, and should be okay with larger tankmates. They're not quite as aggressive as other species of bagarius.

I've seen 8-9" on the max size, I would think they would be fine with larger fish that can defend themselves.

i've got one with rays, aro, dats and oscar.

they are fine with anything that they can't fit in there mouth. not really an active fish, just sit around allday waiting for food lol
