Hello all, been away from the forums for awhile and am looking at getting some catfish growouts to be placed in an indoor pond. I am interested in Bagarius yarelli. When this species first hit the scene most believed the fish was a colder water species that enjoyed lots of current. It seems like now many are keeping them in more tropical waters without an issue.
What temperature are you keeping yours at?
Also how are they with tankmates? Anyone have luck keeping them with other catfish species?
How is their growth rate, similar to other big cats?
