well, my poor ff is being harrased by my pbass thats getting sooo huge so i went looking for a fish to trade it in on the LFS in here and saw this guy with a nice patterns... lets see the pbass bully this guys now

what kind of pleco is this? a normal pleco?

Looks like a gibbiceps pleco to me. Nice looking guy, gotta love the huge fin. How big is he?

Yep L001, or L022, glyptopericythys joselimaianus. Great pleco, hope you didn't pay to much for him though, they are usually sold as a common.

hmmmm... so u guys mean this is not a "normal pleco" ?
i did not buy this, i just traded my 4inch flagtail for him.
saw him swimming in their koi pond and asked the lfs owner if i could take a look at it, well, i liked it! so i asked if i can do a trade. n/p said the owner. how big does this guy ussually gets?

l001 = marbled sailfin pleco?
