Bagrus Ubangensis

Recently came across one, but cant find much information about them. What I really need to know is their max size. I dont trust planetcatfish saying they only get 12". Anyone have some information for me?

I googled Bagrus Ubangensis and found information from the Encyclopedia of Life to say these fish get to be 31.5cm = 12.40155" at Maximum size. Other site searched just repeated identical information.
