Doesn't look like one. Tail marking appears different compared to the ones sold in California.

Duly noted but there are also a lot of gorgeous Kelberi overseas currently as well.
 
He said they were Kelveri (NJ joke) if you ventured to one of the popular stores out here. ocells is what they are listed as.
