Bakki on 29 g tank

I want to install DIY bakki shower on 29 g tank. The box is ready with media. Media is quiet heavy about 22 lb. Can I put the whole filer on top of 29 g tank without breaking anything? Thanks.

I don't mean to impose my views on what you wanna do with your own hobby here... but a bakki shower for a 29g tank seems like a waste of time, space, and money to me.
