Bala Shark out of tank for 20 minutes

My bala was out of the water for 20 minutes. After 10 minutes of me swimming and holding her by the current she started to swim. Now she is swimming very slowly through the middle and is red from her gills to nose. Looks just like blood. I dont know what to do at all..can someone tell me if they know what to do or have had this happen?? Looks much worse than in the picture.

i dunno.. if fish are kinda like humans (obviously the 5 min rule of blood to brain dont apply to fish) but i would look carefully and see how she does..

Best u can do is leave it alone and make sure it doesnt jump out again...

only time will tell.. good luck... I hope she pulls through.. i'll be a shame.. looks like a nice big Bala...

Ya im kind of worried. Her eyes were all glassy immediately and shes still moving which is good but I guess the night will tell. Thanks

I'd try and keep her in the current if she'll let you just to run some more o2 through her, good luck, hope she makes it
