Ok, I couldn't help it - I found 3 good size bala sharks on craigslist that were in need of help. The person had wanted $10 for them but gave them to me for free since one had an injured eye from other fish & a couple had scales pulled off. They are about 6", 8" and 12" in size & are chilling right now in a quarantine tank for a bit before they go in my 210.

These guys were in a 180, not a bad size but they were sharing it with 6 (yes 6) Oscars and a pacu!!! The water was clear but they were definitely getting picked on and at least the person recognized that.

What is funny is that they were bought from the same LFS that I had bought my 3 large bala's from a couple months ago. It's likely they were tankmates before so it's cool they will be reunited.

They have been with me a few days now and the one's eye looks better (no longer red) and they are eating fine. So hopefully TLC and a little time is all it will take to get them 100%!

where are the pictures :p

Ok, so I'm a little slow - here a couple pics of my rescues that I snapped with my cell.. The big is in one pic all by himself and the other shows all 3 of them. Question for you guys, I'd like to move all my bala's to my 210 (6 total) and I have an Oscar & pleco in there. Stock wise would that be ok? Have a sump, xp4 and aquaclear 110 (yeah one of each lol). My Oscar runs around now with the 3 bala's I already had and is pretty laid back so don't think he would freak at a few more.
